The firs step is to network and meet current employees during the MBA meetings After that you are selected to meet the bank executives and other associates.
Once you apply for the role, you get an invitation behavioral interview with HR.
If all the previous steps were successful, you will receive a case to present to executives.
the final round is 1:1 with executives.
