Met the Customer Service Manager in person. He forwarded my resume to HR and got online assessment. After completing online assessment I got interview call.
Interview was quite casual. There were different situation based questions

4) Tell us how you handled a difficult customer.
5) Would you have tough conversation with a client?
6) Tell us about a time when you had conflict between team members and how you solved it.
7) Tell us about a time when you went extra mile that was not your job responsibility.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
