I got a referral and the team member contacted me by phone directly, communicating the date and location for an interview. He was very friendly in this first approach. After the first call, they send an e-mail with the details again. The interview itself took 2 hours, between questions, salary expectations, and a quick test task. I also talked to the team manager and team lead. The offer came 1 month later.

Was not a great experience.I received the call from recruiter and had initial screening call and then scheduled the technical interview.The interview panel were not professional. One had his wife coming and serving him tea and snacks in the middle of interview and other was checking out his social media.
