Entretien
Very quick and to the point. Was able to be very comfortable amongst the interviewer wasn't an issue and it's a very open and friendly work staff to look forward to dealing with. They asked very simple, character based questions that required little thought to answer. The process is quick as to how it actually takes from interview to training. It took one day to get a call for interview, I was filling the background info out by the night and now that it's after Black Friday, I'll be able to start training and make the last holiday rush of Christmas.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
