Sat down...she already had my resume and she told me when to start thats basically it. She said she could work with my classes and that id only be working 29 hours a week and get paid hourly plus minthly commision somewhere around 1000 a month.No drug test. No hardcore question drilling. Easy stuff. I was hired 10 days later. Be patient.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
