First one was with two managers from different stores at the same time. pretty simple basic questions. Second interview was with one person at a different location from the district. Some people received a 3rd interview over the phone with the district manager. The process is lengthy but very much worth it.

straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
