Typical previous experiences based questionnaire developed by the company to identify best candidates. Managers do a bit of explaining, you answer questions as you can and the manager records a score regarding the response.
In my case my manager expedited my application and had me come back in the next day for a follow up interview at a location 30 minutes away. The interview took less than 15 minutes and was based on a few questions and being sold on the brand and being 'groomed' into believing you are a high candidate to be moved into management. I was on my way home when I got yet another call to visit the DM in a 40 minute away location for a meeting... ok then.
Upon arrival I spent roughly 35 minutes talking and being further groomed into believing I would be a great candidate someone who could easily be quickly promoted and brought into management and someone who could go far within the company. It took less than 3 days to get a temporary acceptance letter and onboarding took place less than 2 weeks later.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
