3 Job interviews. the first 2 are with store managers, and the 3rd is with the DM. Background check takes a long time. It took me 2 months to start working, and it took 3 weeks to get my first pay check.

straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
