I had an in store interview with 2 managers the store manager and one of the assistant managers. Online assessment which took about an hour to do. The assessment consisted of customer service questions, math questions and scenarios.

Entretien
Phone screening then in person interview. Will ask questions like why you think you're good for the role. Will just ask questions about your experience. Very good and simple interview.
