HR interview to offer too about 4weeks so it was very efficient. For this role there were 3 interviews; HR, 2 Directors and 1 AVP. Got the offer 1 week after the last interview. The background check took another 2 weeks. This was the most hectic part for me, as the background check company kept sending repeated requests and for every of my reply, it was another employee emailing me.
