The company has a great program for matching a portion of employee contributions to the pension or stock purchase plan. Additionally, the flexible benefits allow employees to mix and match their own coverage to suit their needs. However, vacation time could be a little more generous. It starts at 10 days and, to my knowledge, takes quite a while before it increases substantially.
