Do have group health insurance, and there is many training support sessions and it is very useful for new advisor. Senior advisor also would like to support new advisors on sales training.
Not enough for massage therapy, 80% dental coverage, and short mat-leave with 90% pay. Otherwise benefits are pretty decent
If you work for a company that buys its benefits from Sun Life, it can be quite a good package. Sun Life offers less to its own employees.
Great benefits that are covered by the company. Lots of chance to move up in the company.
The benefits package is great It’s very flexible and you can choose how to spend your benefits dollars (get health coverage or not, dental, spending accounts, etc) and it’s a good amount of benefit dollars; you can even take it as salary if you want. It is very competitive but I wouldn’t expect less from a company that does group benefits.
Average benefits. Nothing too bad, but nothing great either. Optional life insurance is quite expensive, and the underwriting criteria seem excessively harsh. I had a medical condition 10-15 years ago but all my medical results have been normal since. They would not even look at those results and decided to deny my coverage. I had no problems obtaining coverage from another life insurance company, at lower premiums.
Very reasonable benefit plan with an HSA component
You would think as a benefits provider we would have the best benefits available, and I had better benefits at a previous retailer I worked for.
Very very good benefit package.
It is very interesting but quite expensive for the advisors.
