Comprehensive with EAP program and life and critical illness insurance
the benefits package is excellent comparing with my previous company but it is not as good as banks even though it is insurance company
No vision coverage included in plan
Many extended heath/life/critical illness/STD/LTD/accidental death and dismemberment benefits available, but at a bit of a higher cost to the employee than other companies, i.e. coverage for a family would run about ~200$ out of pocket each pay. The contribute to your retirement plan at a percentage of your salary, plus match your contributions to a certain amount. You start with 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid sick days and 5 paid personal emergency days. At 2 years, your vacation days bump up to 15, i.e. 3 weeks, and then for each 2 years after that you gain an additional vacation day each year.
Lots of optionals, health care spending account, personal spending account (covers gym membership, green fee's, organized sports etc)
Matching on pensions and stocks. Benefits paid for by credits allocated to you each year. HSA PSA and other initiatives.
Automatic base health&disability&other basic insurance for employees, competitive additional coverage plans for employees
Good benefits package overall, perhaps better vision care
good plan for employees but you should pay by yourself
Not a great pension, just ok, benefits are standard, private anything, not covered
