Don't trust their JD! I was interviewed at Gurgaon sec - 39 office. The interview process was simple and primarily basic insurance and BA questions. Had two rounds of discussions telephonic and F2F and an HR. Joined the Asia -IT team as a specialist Business system analyst. With a full time MBA and about five years of experience they put me in all wiered kind of tasks like opening change tickets and testing on a vendor based point of sales application. NO real BA responsibilities. NO proper planning, NO training plans, NO defined processes and a very sad place to be. It was NOthing as expected or promised during the interview process. Tried giving inputs to a one of the projects and started documentations as per my past experience but lack of recognitions and NO support from the team (NOt sure if you can really call that a team!). So, decided to leave after a month and resigned within my probation period itself. So, only a months notice but not better than the last candidate they hired (whom I replaced) who left in a week without a notice! I thinks I too had a lucky escape and could get a better opportunity. Won't recommend this to any full time business analysts out there. Maybe its good for operations/ freshers Or back office people. For me it was a big NO. Be cautious!
