Sat down over coffee and discussed why I wanted to work at Starbucks. I could tell she was looking to see if I was going to show up on time, work hard, work well with others, and care about the product we served.

Good and easy questions was able to answer them then trial shift which is it not hard if you have experinece overall 8/10 based intevuew and trial shift . However was pretty busy during it
The standard questions you would expect from an interview. Focus heavily on your desire to work in a community based atmosphere. Their mission is entirely community based and the desire to grow within the company

It’s fun and they really want to know how you treat customer. They are nice and well trained, they are organized, very friendly respect people. It takes 30min to get interview and takes 1month to start the work.
