J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Saint John, IN)
Entretien
The interview process was easy enough. It seemed the most important thing they wanted to know was my job availability and my "passion" for their products. The manager also asked about willingness to learn about the different drink variations, how I felt about dealing with difficult customers, etc...the usual standard food/beverage industry questions (in my opinion).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How flexible I would be with my shift availability. They really wanted someone that they could schedule for all different hours.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Subang Jaya)
Entretien
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
