Three phase interview process with multiple layers. Very detailed interview process and very friendly interviewers. Enjoyed the process even though I was not hired for the position. They ultimately chose another candidate that already had experience as a barista.

It's very quick and understanding to try and see how they work in a fast past environment. They'll also ask how you do under stress because you'll be consistently under stress.
