It was very casual, fun, and was only one interview. I got this interview by just walking to the counter and then I got hired the next day. It was really personal and I appreciated the attention to detail.
Interviewed by the store manager and regional managers, mostly situational questions, about 30 minutes total talk and at the end asked you your availability to work, and if you have any questions for them.

Interview process is great and respectable. They ask questions about yourself as much as your work life. They insure that their teams are top tier. They insure that everyone has an equal chance and opportunity.

Entretien
It was an easy interview to do. A lot of customer service facing questions. For the amount of time on your feet and dealing with high volume, I was not impressed with how much they offer for pay.
