first you had to go online & take a test. then you get a phone call for an interview. The actual interview was more of a once-over to see how you presented. They like the clean cut look. No tats, or piercings. A special dress code is required. they hired me on the spot, even though the partner I got hired with took 4 months to get an interview. You have to be smart & quick & friendly all at the same time. A nice smile helps

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
