J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Los Angeles, CA)
Entretien
The interview went great! The recruiter initially reached out to me about multiple SM positions in the area. We quickly set up a phone interview for the following week. The phone call went smoothly, she seemed very impressed with my background and eagerly wanted to set up a follow up call to dig deeper into my background. We ended our call three weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from the recruiter. I’ve sent her multiple emails to follow up and no response.
The pandemic cost me my job eight months ago. I’ve applied to hundreds of opportunities that I’m over qualified for along with hundreds of other applicants who, I’m sure, are equally qualified, with nothing panning out. The job market for those of us with strong retail backgrounds is terrifying right now and to have a representative of a company like Starbucks give so much hope to a prospective partner only to ghost them like a one night stand, is unacceptable.

Two district sanagers interviewing over Microsoft Teams. Extensive, heavy "STAR" use required in questions with follow up questions from interviewers. 5 questions for me but our interview went nearly an hour, overall friendly.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
