Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (New York, NY) en oct. 2009
Entretien
After applying online I received an email asking to complete an hour long virtual tryout on the website. Was contacted by a recruiter within few days and scheduled a phone interview, which was about 30 min long and pretty easy. All questions were situational. I was also asked about my salary expectations and was told that I might be out of their range. A recruiter also asked me what other companies I was interviewing with. I did not think it was professional and refused to answer. Right away I was offered an in-person interview with 2 district managers (interview was scheduled for 2 weeks ahead! are they really that busy?)
The in-person interview was OK, same situational questions. What I really did not like was that they both seemed very fake and insincere, especially when speaking about "all the great things at Starbucks". I was not very motivated throughout the interview, because at that point it was clear that I would not want to work for them. The recruiter called me the next day to let me know that they decided to pass on me.

Super easy. Applied online. A recruiter reached out for initial interview, was about 15-30 minutes. Recruiter set up second interview with DM and peer DM for the following week. After that, was interviewed by the regional.

Two district sanagers interviewing over Microsoft Teams. Extensive, heavy "STAR" use required in questions with follow up questions from interviewers. 5 questions for me but our interview went nearly an hour, overall friendly.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
