Went in early , greeted myself, the manager asked if I wanted a drink, I accepted so she can see that I’m familiar with the drinks. Waited for her to prepare. She was really nice & laid back. She made me feel very comfortable explaining to me the benefits, dress code & offered me the position the spot. Ran the background check same day. Be as detailed as possible when answering the questions, show character, don’t be a know it all or too shy and you’ll get it ! You might have to do 2 interviews depending on the store ! Glad I didn’t !
