J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Louisville, KY) en nov. 2012
Entretien
I applied online and was called in for an interview within a few hours of completing my application. I was shocked to see how quickly they got me in. When I got to the store for my first interview, I was asked if I wanted something to drink, and after receiving my beverage, began the interview with the store manager and one of her shift supervisors. The questions were fairly typical for any job that involves customer service. About a week after my first interview, I was called back for a second one with the store manager and another of the shifts. This interview was pretty much the same as the first one, was asked questions of my availability and the like. About a week later, I was called to come in and fill out paperwork!

There weren't any really difficult questions, but make sure you have as close to open availability as you can, and always accept the free drink!

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
