J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Kirkwood, MO) en janv. 2013
Entretien
I applied online to 5 different locations. I have over 4 years of barista experience, and I thought that I would be chosen for sure. Boy, was I wrong. Almost 3 weeks after I initially applied, I was contacted by a manager wanting to have an on-the-spot phone interview. Of course I was slightly surprised, but recovered quickly. I was asked about my work experience and why I wanted to work at Starbucks. The manager was rude and kept interrupting me, which I hate. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I was told there were a few more applicants to contact, and that I would receive a follow-up call within 2 days. It never came. I waited 3 more days before contacting the manager, as it was over a weekend and I knew how busy it would be there. No one returned any of my multiple phone calls.

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
