J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Santa Ana, CA) en juill. 2009
Entretien
Only one interview, lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. Interviewed with the Assistant Store Manager. Spent about the first 15 minutes talking about Starbucks. The ASM was more interested in me being an Eagle Scout, because they had been actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America earlier in their lives. The remainder of the interview we talked about things I had done while in the Scouts program. Interviews were not very formal, the dress code for SM's and ASM's are quite casual, collared black/white button up shirt or with black pants and black shoes, nothing fancy.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a problem you've encountered with a customer and how you went about solving it?
J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Subang Jaya)
Entretien
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
