So far just a phone call from the manager to set up an interview. My app was in the system less than 12 hours before receiving the call! Manager was very friendly...casual and more informal than I’m used to after 40 years in corporate USA. Will add more following interview.

After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
