I filled out the online application and took the required assessments. Later that same day, a Starbuck's recruiter contacted me. We set up a phone interview for the next day. It went extremely well. Every question she asked was a situational based question about what you have encountered at your previous jobs. You have to give an example and how you handled the situation. She told me that she would be giving my telephone number to the District Manager. He called me about 3 days later and we set up an interview where we would meet in person. I interviewed at a Starbuck's location with the DM and two Store Managers. Once again, it was a situational interview. That evening, the recruiter called me back and told me that they wanted to keep going with the process. She emailed me the consent for background check which checks your criminal, educational and work background. Three days later, I was offered the position and accepted.
