simple behavioral questions, mainly asked about scheduling and availability. asked about customer service experience and people skills. they didn’t ask anything too crazy, just enough to know if you can handle challenges when problems arise and making sure you’re quick on your feet and adaptable

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
