J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Initial screening call followed by technical leet code style challenges. Initial call with recruitment manager who was friendly, followed by take home coding challenge. Good communication throughout the process from the hiring team.
My interview experience at Starbucks was both welcoming and efficient. The process began with an online application, followed by a phone screening a few days later. The recruiter was friendly and asked basic questions about my availability, past experience, and why I was interested in working at Starbucks.

Question 1
What stood out to me was the emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and creating a positive environment. The manager also explained what a typical day looks like, which helped me understand the expectations of the role. The entire interview lasted around 30 minutes.
J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (New York, NY)

There was absolutely no professionalism from the recruiter I was supposed to talk to for a phone screen. The recruiter asked me to schedule a time on their calendar for a 30-minute call and on that day I did not get a call. I tried sending two email follow ups and did not hear anything back. The day after, I tried to call their office number, but it had no voice message so the phone continued to ring. I got a call from the recruiter a couple hours later and when I tried to speak they were not able to hear me on their end...sounded like they were outside in the streets at that time. After the call got disconnected they never attempted to contact back. This was the most disappointing interview experience I've ever had because there wasn't even one to begin with. Starbucks HR needs to ensure they hire recruiters who show respect and professionalism to job candidates.
