For my first interview they sent me a case study and asked to prepare a presentation. During the meeting they informed me, that the case study was very similar to their real business situation. I spent numerous hours preparing my presentation. But to my surprise, the managers in the panel said they expected something different.
The feedback that I got from the company was that I was well prepared and followed the case study instructions, and I had an impressive resume, but anyway they felt that my overall skills were not good enough for that level of role.

They asked about my recommendations regarding that specific business case. There were no questions about my professional skills and experience.
I was hired during the pandemic. The process was seamless and the interviewers were friendly and knowledgable. Overall the process was fast and onboarding was easy to follow as well.
