I had 4 interviews. First was with an external recruiter, 2nd interview with an internal recruiter, 3rd interview was with another District Sales Manager, and the final was in person with the other district sales manager and the VP of Sales. I will say it was a bit awkward as we did not have an actual office to go into. The VP was in town from out of state and we met at the lobby at her hotel. After being told by the external recruiters I was going to get an offer at the last minute they decided to make a internal territory change and do away with that role entirely. I was bummed for sure.
