Applied through a job posting outside of ServiceNow site. Got contacted by the manager of the team within 2 - 3 days. Got a technical phone screen in 2 days. Had another technical phone screen in another 2 days. Got onsite for 4 rounds of interview for about 4 hours. Had another interview with the boss of the manager in another 2 days. Got an offer within 3 days after the interview process was done.

Implement an inorder traversal of a binary tree iteratively.
The process was unclear and the recruiter was not very organized. There was a lack of communication and even conflicting meetings. I would think it's something specific to this recruiter/instance.
