Phone call with Senior FPA, then onsite with him and team. Got onsite, team was great. Expressed enthusiasm for the company and its products. Had a great feeling about getting hired. Emailed me the rejection. Express enthusiasm about working for Servicenow, especially the founder's history. Servicenow is going big places!

I got through the 2/3 rounds of interview. They wanted to Schedule the 3rd HR interview the day after the 2nd which was physically impossible. I asked to reschedule for the day after and they never got back to me.

The interview process was quite unusual. It spanned six weeks with poor communication from HR throughout. The HR team seemed unaware of the specifics of each interview round. Given this experience, I wouldn't consider applying there again.
