The interview process consisted of an initial call from a recruiter, followed by two separate one-on-one interviews, and capped off with a panel interview. Each interview was casual and relaxed. The entire process was to be expected given the level of compensation offered.

What skills and experiences in your current role do you feel would most transfer to the CSM position?
A recruiter interview followed a few interviews by a hiring manager, other departments’ managers and future colleagues. The duration of each interview was 45-60 min. The whole process took about a month. The length of the hiring process can vary significantly depending on how tightly you schedule your interviews and how urgently the company wants to hire.

Entretien
Nice and short! Three interviews in total, with a final one including a panel of directors. The whole process took only 2 weeks to get an offer. It is one of the best interviewing processes I have been part of.

Call with a recruiter, a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with 3 managers of the team. The screens and interviews were straightforward and nothing out of the norm.
