Entretien
It was a two round interview. One with the recruiter, they had done an initial screening and another with the team lead and manager. They asked questions related to support (behavioral). And shown me few questions on their screen in a document. They are mostly SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Java (not very tough ones). I answered them one after another. If I wasn't sure, I skipped them.
The interview was about an hour.

Entretien
Conversation with recuiter, then with 1 senior support engineer and his manager. This involved a technical multi choice and a technical discussion. Followed by a 3 person customer support fit. The recruiter said I would receive a job offer after the final interview, but after a month of waiting and back and forth, it eventually never came to fruition. The process was enjoyable, but towards the end, the lack of communication presented a lot of doubt to me about how the company processes recruitment. Not all members of the team during interviews were as welcoming as others.

The interview process was fast and smooth. The interview took 45 minutes. there were 3 interviewers. good questions, understanding how the environment goes, and straight to the point. The interview was not difficult. ServiceNow requires someone who is a team player and understands how the company and the tools work

The process is a 2 round one before a discussion with HR 1. Direct one-on-one Manager Round - Real time scenarios will be given and will be asked to explain what will you do 2. Technical Round - asked to solve few examples
