From when I submitted an application to when I accepted an offer was about 2 months. My recruiter was so friendly, helpful, and responsive! This was the best recruiter experience I’ve ever dealt with, I truly felt like she wanted to see me succeed. My tip for anyone interviewing for a design position: focus on the story telling. Designers will be interviewing you, they already know what deliverables are (you don’t have to go overkill on explaining what you did). It’s more important to explain how and why you did them. What was the problem, how did you solve it, what challenges did you run into, what would you do differently, what was your role and what was the impact?
