The interviewers were very friendly and personable, they made the environment feel welcoming. They gave great insight to me about what Schneider Electric was all about and answered any questions I had spot on. It felt like a very natural conversation when answering their questions.

Standard cover-letter, hireview interview, and phone call interview. Large gaps between each step with expected dates continually pushed back. A little bit disappointing to be strung about for such a long process and not hired but I guess that's fairly standard now.

Very basic questions regarding you as an individual, nothing technical. More focusing on you as a person and your background since this is an internship. Normally, you'd talk with the program leader and maybe someone you'd work with in that office or coworker.
