Benefits, vacation and other perks are fabulous. They recently introduced a home office furniture package and majority of the roles are eligible to a 2 days work from home per week model. We are currently working from home due to the pandemic but have the furniture needed to work comfortably. Vacations start at 19 days for new hires, benefits are in 3 tiers with one tier being free and another one being almost free. They partner with care.com to get support for kids/pets/elder care and even cleaning services at competitive rates. Have a tuition reimbursement program I’ve used and a competitive fitness program. They also recently implemented the option to purchase PTO. I did not participate due to the pandemic but will participate as soon as we are able to travel again. Pension plan has 100% March for up to 5% of your salary if you contribute. They also have other non matched programs such as TFSA and RRSP. And a good employee share plan with company match option once a year. There’s an ok corporate discount at GoodLife.

don't have sick days or vacation - only PTO -personal time off days; encourages sick people to come into office so they don't lose vacation days
