The interview process was enjoyable and provided a new recruitment experience. A notable component of the interview was a group assessment. This part stood out to the candidate as particularly interesting and engaging. The interview also included a survey part, which I found quite beneficial. However, I felt that more time could have been allocated to it for better completion.

One round of HireVue with basic questions like your interests, strengths, why Schneider. 1 minute for each.
Then one more round with the 2 senior leaders. That went quite smoothly because they seemed very kind and made you feel relaxed.

It was just one round with basic interview questions about previous experience, why this role, and asking me about my part-time experience. Why this role? accomplishments in previous jobs. The interviewer was very kind, and they said that there is only one round, and then the offer will be released

There was an online assessment with ~3 questions with ample time to answer. However, there was no feedback from the HR team of my response, which made me wonder if the slots were already filled.
