Entretien
Met with HR, hiring manager and VP of Department all in one day. The staffing agency called next day to offer me the position. Started the next week. This is an entry level position. They asked about identifying various genres of the industry. Also asked about computer skills and any experience reading contracts.
Phone Interview initially with the SE recruiter, then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Final interviews were conducted by a couple of the hiring manager’s peers. Fairly standard process, and none of the interviews were conducted face-to-face (ie in person, or via teams)

Entretien
Take a long period to process the application, need to follow up with the HR consistently. During the process of application they will treat you very nice, after the interview process attitude be like totally different. Whatever the HR asked over the phone before interview, you gonna answer again during face to face interview that makes me feel like wasting of time and salary also cannot meet my expectation but still asked me attend interview for twice. Expected high work load but average to low wages.

Foi boa no geral, entrevistadora me perguntou expectativas, experiências, o porquê eu estava procurando a movimentação e etc.
O que mais me surpreendeu foi que ela recomendou adicionar um valor em minha expectativa salarial devido ao custo de vida naquela cidade de atuação.
