J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half (Philadelphia, PA)
Entretien
The RH interview process was fairly productive. It's a set of two to three interviews. One starting at the regional level, second mid-management level and third head of the department. max time is around 30 min to an hour depending on the flow of the conversation.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half (Saint Louis, MO) en févr. 2020
Entretien
had one phone interview and a zoom interview. Both had a pretty laid back vibe, more like a conversation than a traditional interview. I had technical difficulties and the interviewers were super understanding and said it wouldn't count against me. Overall I felt they really wanted to focus on me rather than trying to intimidate me in the interview.

Question 1
What was one time you were faced with a task you didn't know how to do?
I understand Robert Half is a known name in the industry, but my goodness, my experience with this agency was horrendous to the point it is laughable. Somebody reached out to me about a consultant position with their client that I wasn't all that interested in, but was willing to speak. Interesting, this person received my information from another position I applied to that they never called me back on. Then, after speaking with this person at lenth and filling out a ridiculous application, I never heard back from this person. Literally weeks later, I get frantic calls and emails from another person there to contact them immediately for the same position as their client wants to speak right away. I reached out to the person and figured to coordinate the meeting regardless of my misgivings. I received call after call and email after email from them reminding me of the interview and stressing to be on time etc., I go and their client doesn't show up lol. You really can't make this up. They even called references I had given them at the onset of the process! For what? I don't know. I had no intention of dealing with them again, but low and behold, the client still wanted to meet for whatever reason, and I still continued to get peppered with calls and emails from this place even though I made it clear I'd get back to them if/when I was ready. Finally, I decided to meet their client for the heck of it, and I could tell it was not what I wanted at all and subsequently sent them a message (finally and officially) removing myself from the process. It seems their recruiters are under pressure and completey desperate to fill some of these roles, and they are not on the same page at all with some of their clients. This really left a bad impression and I couldn't imagine dealing with this place again.
