Very accommodating for time off. Book of business has to be strong to accommodate the time off.
When you work as a temp even if they are your employer for over 6 months the only benefit is a 4% vacation pay. You can have time off whenever you wish but you won't be paid.
Fairly comprehensive, with a fairly flexible vacation schedule since more time off usually affected your bottom line. However, they do reciprocate the work hard play hard mentality.
