I was initially cold-contacted by a recruiter at Robert Half to fill an IT position with one of their clients, and agreed by email to a phone screen. First interview was with their recruiter. We discussed my resume, background, skill set, what I'm looking to do in my next position(s), and what my salary target was. She then spoke about the role she was hiring for - what the client needed and expected. Second, third, and fourth rounds were with the client - both individuals and a group. The RH recruiter checked in with me before and after each. Because of the holidays and need to schedule multiple interviews, the whole process took about 3 months.
