Entretien
The interview process consisted of a video call with the recruiter. During the session, the recruiter delved into inquiries about my credentials, experience, and availability for a long-term contract. Specific questions were posed concerning the senior graphic design role, focusing on the types of projects I would be handling. I was also asked to outline my approach to completing a project.

I'm in their database, so when they hire a new recruiter, they have them call up inactive designers. Then they schedule an 'interview', bring up several possible jobs that are a good fit. Then you don't hear from them again until the next new recruiter is hired. Then, the whole process repeats. This has happened SEVERAL times. Now I just ignore the new recruiters.
