Met with Branch Manager and Regional Manager. Sometimes a Regional Manager interview will be a phone screen. They like either sales or accounting experience, but sales aptitude and willingness to cold-call, etc. is very important in this job. Many new hires with accounting backgrounds don't make it or don't like working there due to the intense sales environment. They are very numbers-driven. There are, however opportunities for advancement and the ability to make excellent bonuses.

There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
