A friend referred me to the Creative Group so that I could get a job with the help of an agent. They emailed me a few times, read through my resume, and set up an appointment to meet me in person. The recruiter called me to reschedule several times (sometimes on the same day.) When I got there, she walked me back and interviewed me. The recruiters were casually dressed (T-shirts, jeans, loafers, etc.) and appeared very comfortable in the work environment.

Entretien
Consistent communication and moved quickly. Two factors that are so important in today's interviewing processes but also incredibly rare. The longest and most difficult part was the background check process and gathering all of the information.
