Interview was short and all over the place. You will be brought in and then required to meet with everyone in your division you'll be working with (Such as Healthcare, Legal, etc.) to make sure they "like you". They will check your most recent 2 references. There are no drug screens or background checks initially. Anyone can get hired there with a good resume. They'll explain your job duties loosely. If you get hired, you'll have no idea what you're really supposed to be doing or what your job title even is. Hiring will actually tell you it's "sink or swim" and that they have no policies they follow or even do orientation, etc. because they "change so frequently". They will be more focused on whether or not you get along with your future co-workers than if you are even competent and well trained enough to do the job they hired you for. And your co-workers are not so good people at this branch. Most of them will even tell you that personally when you start working together.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Easy questions. "Why do you want to work for us?" "Tell us a little about you." That's it.
Very straightforward process. I applied on a Saturday, Monday afternoon I was called and had a brief (10 minute) phone interview. Then my interviewer sent me several skills tests to complete online. I did well enough to get an on-site interview. The on-site portion was about an hour and a half of job shadowing followed by meeting 3 members of the team including a VP. Everyone I met with was very friendly and welcoming.

Interviewed as a temp candidate for Officeteam. It didn't feel like a high pressure interview; spoke mostly about what job opportunities I was looking for. Was contact a few days later about an open position they had internally. I worked as a temp employee for a few weeks before I accepted a fulltime position.
