J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter /employee of Robert Half who saw my information on Monster and LinkedIn. The opportunity he presented to me sounded appealing, but after further research I realized this would not be the position for me. I was questioned about my success and experience in detail. He was impressed and I was asked to come in for an in person interview with the Branch Manager. The communication was good, but I can only speak from the first step of the process.

There were truly no unexpected or weird questions.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half (Tampa, FL) en oct. 2025
Entretien
Long and extensive, they make you go into the office and shadow (unpaid) other employees for over an hour across multiple days. They did not give any follow-up on the interview process whatsoever. Overall, very unprofessional, especially coming from the "largest staffing agency" in the USA. Do not waste your time, they do not hold any consideration for candidates. The lack of follow-up is a spit in the face, and they should improve their interview process. I am disappointed I wasted so much time/energy on these inconsiderate people.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Not difficult but just wanted to make sure my experience was a good fit for the position. Everyone was super nice and made for an easy process.
