The process was very complete and took about six weeks. Included:
1) Initial interview with supervisor plus talk to three peers
2) Meet with supervisor's supervisor and that person's supervisor
3) Do a mock client presentation to supervisor and supervisor's supervisor
4) Attend a networking event with supervisor

Question 1
Don't recall a challenging question. Preparing the mock client presentation was a challenge.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process

2) Video Interview with Director
3) Video Interview with Division Director
4) Video Interview with Team Members and shadow session which was like a virtual bullpen to listen in on others making calls
