Easy process, went to the interview, was there for about an hour. They called me to let me know I got the job the following week. I think it was a great experience with Robert Half and I would recommend them.
The interviews are typically virtual, via Teams or Google Meet. It typically takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes. They provide great details of the job description and allow many questions to be answered.
