J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half (Las Vegas, NV) en janv. 2019

This review is regarding Robert Half's recruiting processes rather than employment in-house. I had a brief phone call with one of Robert Half's OfficeTeam recruiters in Las Vegas as I was preparing to relocate from out of state. It definitely didn't seem as if these were the type of recruiters I was used to, who would put effort into negotiating salaries for their candidates. The consultant I spoke with flat out told me I was worth a seemingly standard salary of $X, which even considering my 10+ years of experience and cost of living, was way too low. It's obvious that a big name in the recruiting world like Robert Half gets a lot of work coming through, so they are undoubtedly a great resource. But if you want to find something more tailored to your skill set and salary requirements, I suggest looking elsewhere.
After you submit your initial resume, a recruiter will reach out to you. From there they help you fine tune your resume to make sure it would get the most attention.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is the major thing you are looking for in a career.
Questions were “basic” interview questions. Had some of the “tell me a time when you encountered a problem at work and how you solved it?” Felt a little generic at times and that I wasn’t really engaged by the recruiter.

O processo foi bem simples, pois foi direto com a recrutadora. Mas o descaso veio quando ela deu um prazo de resposta e não o cumpriu, Nunca mais respondeu , passou uma semana, mandei mensagem e ela nunca mais respondeu.
