Recruiter called and talked about the job. Went in and interviewed with the branch manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Was called in for second interview with branch manager and division director where I was offered the job.

Tell me about yourself and what weaknesses you have.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
